I offer a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My psychotherapeutic counselling approach is tailored to each individual's unique needs, which gives you the tools to navigate life's challenges and work towards personal growth and well-being.

GENDER IDENTITY

Do you feel as though the gender you were assigned at birth does not fit? I understand talking about your feelings can feel very daunting but having a safe space to speak openly with someone who understands and passes no judgement can help you follow a path to a new happier life.

ADHD

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a condition that affects the brain. It can mean people find it hard to concentrate or regulate their emotions, or they are hyperactive or behave impulsively. Counselling can help you learn how to cope with ADHD and with the feelings that result from it. It can encourage you to think more positively about yourself.

POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER (PTSD)

Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is a mental health problem you may develop after experiencing traumatic events. Counselling offers a safe place to be heard, to work through the trauma and the tools to rebuild your life. 

ANXIETY 

Anxiety is a feeling of worry or fear that is a normal response to a range of different situations. It can affect your mental health when you feel anxious every day and can't remember when you last felt relaxed. Counselling can help you explore the cause of these feelings, understand them and suggest ways of dealings with situations. A counsellor can help you learn how to cope with anxiety.

DEPRESSION

Depression, is a common mental health condition which is typically characterised by low mood or loss of pleasure in activities. Counselling offers you a safe space to explore your feelings, acknowledge them and accept them. A counsellor will support you to find your own ways to cope with what you are going through
